Are You Sure? Study Suggests Eating More Beans And Less Beef Will Reduce Greenhouse Gasses

Four American universities have found the key to reducing greenhouse gases. The research suggests that if Americans would eat beans instead of beef, the United States would see a reduction of greenhouse gases by 50 – 70%.

According to the researchers, this move would free up 42% of U.S. land used for beef production totaling more than 400 million acres.

On a lighter note, it seems as though we could be trading one source of greenhouse gases for another.
