Ryker Jason Warner, was born March 7, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Jason & Rachel Warner. During a routine ultrasound Ryker's parents found out that their unborn baby boy had something seriously wrong with his heart. Ryker was only 5 days old Ryker's parents flew him to Boston where he was later admitted to the Boston Children's Hospital. His parents have completely left their life, family & everything in Utah behind in hopes of saving their sweet baby boy's life.

Ryker is now 11 months old and has been diagnosed with Heterotaxy RAI (right atrial isomerism). He also has Total Heart Block, requiring him to have a permanent internal Pace Maker and he has had 5 open heart surgeries since he was just 8 days old. On Thursday, February 14, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm a Bake Sale and Fundraiser will be held at the Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) Administration Building in the Barbering/Cosmetology Department in order to raise money for Ryker and his family. All donations and proceeds from the Bake Sale will go directly to the Warner family.

I’m hoping that we can get the local community to open their hearts to help Ryker by purchasing some “sweets” for their Valentine on Valentine's Day!
